the staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival, a really nice touch. we received an upgrade to a premium room because we celebrated a special occasion. the breakfast was fabulous and provided options for everyone (especially the fresh fruit selection!).

I noticed a lack of sanitizing wipes at the gym. This detail could improve the overall experience.

The staff was kind and helpful. My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The pool area had ample loungers and a shaded section. The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of cheeses and pastries.

The parking fee was an unexpected extra charge.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes! The spa includes a sauna, a steam room, and several treatment rooms. It provided a relaxing experience. There is also a shop selling swimwear and accessories.
